We could use your expertise on our team As a Program Finance Systems Analyst III, you will be responsible for front end administration and maintenance of Integrated Program Management business software. Targeted responsibilities include delivering quality Integrated Program Management solutions to customers by understanding end user needs, user/role based security, product configuration, testing, and deployment. As a Program Finance Systems Analyst III you will coordinate with application team members and users to provide support for integrated business collaboration solutions. You will also support the Program Finance leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross department continuous improvement, problem solving, project implementation, training, and governance efforts.The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. https://www.sncorp.com/company/business-areas/Must Haves:A Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field and typically 6+ years of related work experience.Higher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExperience in Deltek Cobra and/or other similar Integrated Program Management software solutionsStrong facilitation skills that address complex IT and Business stakeholder concerns, specifically around tool maintenance and continuous improvement activitiesMicrosoft Excel proficiency, and ability to generate PivotTables to assist with large data analysisThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredPreferred:Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requestsComfortable working independently on assigned tasks to fulfill requested changes, enhancements and updates to existing processes and toolsCompetency documenting technical requirements & functional use of enterprise business application (Deltek Cobra)Continuous engagement to understand current and future tool capabilities relative to business needsAbility to develop and conduct relevant stakeholder learning sessions.Foundational understanding of Program Management processesFamiliarity with DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and proceduresFamiliarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools#LI-HybridEstimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54.
