Join us to bring the gift of health to life.2nd Shift 3pm to 11:30pm (Monday thru Friday)The Forklift Operator is responsible for operation of material handling equipment for the purpose of accurate shipping, processing, and receiving.
Key Responsibilities Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include: Supply manufacturing with raw materials and WIP (Work in Progress) in a timely manner.Unload inbound trailers to be staged for put-away.Store raw materials in designated locations.Load outbound trailers with finished bulk.Ensure that all inventory transactions are completed real time and accurately. Replenish supplies to support manufacturing and packaging operations.The Ideal candidate is flexible with assignments, teamwork oriented, and able to work with minimal direction.
You are proactive and will identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures. Critical Success Factors You'll be most successful in this role if you have: Stand Up Reach forklift experience in the movement of materials/bulk in Warehouse/Distribution environment.Previous experience operating a RF (Radio Frequency) system and using inventory control system. Familiarity with JDE.English communication skills to read/understand policies, procedures, good manufacturing practices and batch records; communicate with supervisors and others; and maintain routine records.Ability to meet or exceed company productivity standards. Ability to complete PIT assessment on siteCapabilities & Skills Required In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have: High school diploma/or GED.One-year experience utilizing a Stand Up Reach Forklift in a large warehouse. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
