Customer Service: Provide products and services
to global customers and clients, ensuring proper application selection.
Operational Support: Provide support in
functional areas of shipping, receiving, and product control.
Documentation: Process documents through internal
systems.Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or
equivalent (8 years' experience) with 7 years of specific experience.
Relationship Building: Must establish and
maintain internal relationships and contacts, and be aware of key external
contacts who can provide valuable assistance.
Adaptability: Enthusiastic to learn new
service-related functions and adapt quickly.
Communication Skills: Communicates effectively,
with a particular talent for persuasive, collaborative oral communication.
Mechanical Aptitude: Needs a high degree of
mechanical aptitude.
Matrix Environment: Demonstrate the ability to
function well in a highly matrixed environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of
applicable computer systems, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Lean Manufacturing: Working knowledge of lean
manufacturing required; experience managing a workforce through lean
implementation is a plus.
