Here, you will make an impact by:Coordinating project timelines, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully complete assigned projectsDefining and executing competitive bidding strategySpecifying equipment performance and design criteriaMaintaining effective communication with project team, staff, and project ownersEstablishing accountability through understanding applicable codes and guidelines to ensure designs meet codes, guidelines, and standardsYour Skills and Expertise  Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and (3) three or more years of experience in project management or (3) three or more years in a technical role in a private, public, government or military environmentHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (7) seven or more years of experience in project management or (7) seven or more years in a technical role in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical, mechanical, industrial or electrical engineeringWork location: Onsite Brookings, SDTravel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
