Position Overview:  Come join the crew The Pick/Pack position is responsible for picking and packing products for orders by following a process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position is located within our Belleville, Wisconsin Fulfillment Center. Position Details: What You’ll Do:Pick orders using an RF device or tablet with a scannerPack orders using a tablet or touch screen monitor in order to verify the items match the order, or pack pre-verified cartsAccurately and efficiently pick, verify, prep and price goods destined for Retail store locationsPrep items to make them store ready.  This includes: Ensure items are folded correctly (right size and right fold pattern) Apply the appropriate prepping materials (belly bands, size strips, etc.)Apply the appropriate price ticket for the itemUtilize RF equipment to accurately and efficiently restock primary and special picking bins from the replenishment staging areaUtilize RF equipment to put away returns to the primary and special picking binsUtilize RF equipment to perform the receipt of product from vendorsAssist in all functional areas as needed to meet the demands of the customer and the operational budget goals What We’re Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentWarehouse experience is preferred, but not requiredOperates with integrity and trustExcellent communicator and listenerCollaborates and functions as part of a teamEnvironmental Factors:Must be able to stand or walk for entirety of shiftLift 25 pounds on average, 40 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionallyFrequently reach, twist and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand and wrist movementsPush/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to 500 poundsModerate warehouse noise level with temperatures ranging from 50 - 95 degrees Benefit Offerings: 40% employee merchandise discount, 401K program with company match, employee stock purchase plan. Compensation: $17.00/hour  Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, federal, state and local minimum wage requirements, etc. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
