This position will be Full-Time and On-Site.This opportunity exists within our CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.Due to our end client and project work, this role does not offer visa sponsorship.What You’ll Do Understand and perform the analysis and research process on all potential new business.Verify that all searching is complete, consistent, and accurate and that all Firm conflicts procedures have been followed.Process requests for conflicts searches, perform necessary research, and complete business intake forms.Follow up on new business and conflict issues with department colleagues when necessary.Collaborate with team members on new business, new employees and projects, with attention to deadlines and time-sensitive issues.Work with specialists, coordinators, and other team members to address time sensitive issues related to routine pre-engagement, restructuring-related matters.Respond to department email communications with accurate information in a timely manner. Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements in order to reduce risk.Complete special projects as assigned.What You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics; or relevant experience within a related fieldUnderstanding of issues related to conflicts of interest that may be encountered when acquiring new business clients and employeesAbility to identify conflicts of interest, and escalate these issues to the appropriate partyBasic computer skills (use of MS products; word, excel, outlook, collaboration tools, etc.)Acute attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making skillsAbility to act with professionalism, in situations requiring confidentiality of informationPreferred:Prior work experience as a paralegal, data quality analyst, research analyst, conflict of interest auditor or in a similar rolePhysical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementIt is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
