WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions. You will be responsible for leading the QA team, designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires hands-on expertise in automation, mobile testing, and leadership in coordinating testing activities across multiple projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead a team of QA Engineers to design, implement, and execute test plans for both automated and manual testing.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications, focusing on functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Mobile & Web Testing: Oversee testing efforts for iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and reliability.
  • Test Design & Planning: Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to create test strategies and cases that align with industry best practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure that software releases meet quality standards and compliance requirements through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Document test results, track defects, and generate reports to communicate test progress and quality metrics.
  • Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

REQUIREMENTS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in automated testing methodologies, including unit, functional, and integration testing.
  • Strong proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
  • Proven experience in writing and executing tests for iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Certifications in QA or software testing (e.g., ISTQB), a plus.
