We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsThe Radiology Tech's primary goal is to provide optimum care to the patient, physician, and patient’s family in accordance with the standards of care at Fairview Park Hospital.  Essential Duties: · Provides quality Radiography exams for interpretation by the Radiologist. · Maintain and apply current Radiography standards and clinical competency including age competency. · Apply critical thinking skills in conjunction with facility policies and procedures to prioritize and problem solve. · Quality patient care, contrast media administration, quality control, patient documentation, record maintenance. · Meet the personal and practical needs of patients and families. · Continue self-development, provide leadership and actively participate in offered performance improvement activities. What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRegistered Radiographer (ARRT) Vocational School graduate with a Certification in Radiography.
