The Judge Group is seeking an EHS Manager for a distribution company in the Hazleton, PA area.Title: EHS ManagerLocation: Hazelton, PA AreaSalary: $90,000 - $110,000Responsibilities: • Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to ensure a safe work environment, aiming to minimize accidents and adhere to OSHA regulations.• Craft and oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols across departments to mitigate hazards.• Oversee comprehensive accident investigations by site leaders, ensuring all incidents are reported and analyzed.• Conduct analysis of safety performance metrics and indicators to identify areas for procedural enhancements.• Lead the Executive Safety Committee and serve as the regional Safety Officer within Site Safety Committees.• Assess and manage risks related to safety, health, and the environment within the facility, and execute regular audits and inspections.• Direct training initiatives on various safety topics, including emergency response, electrical safety, and OSHA compliance.• Administer the health and safety budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.• Stay informed on regulatory changes, industry advancements, and best practices in environmental, health, and safety management.• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree• 5+ years in an EHS role within manufacturing or distribution• Proven success of leading large hourly workforce
