• Assists in preparing monthly balance sheets, income statements, and other required financial reports. • Maintains the general ledger through the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. • Processes accounts payable invoices, sets up new accounts, initiates payments, and responds to vendor inquiries. • Reconciles bank accounts monthly, verifies deposits, and maintains daily cash activity for all bank accounts. • Issues customer invoices and monitors accounts receivable aging. • Performs payroll functions. • Participates in physical inventory reconciliations. • Maintains the fixed assets ledger and depreciation calculations. • Assists with internal and external audits; gathers necessary account information and documents to fulfill audit requests.Requirements
• Experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and accounting software. • Manufacturing experience preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required. • 4+ years of related accounting experience is required. • Associates degree and 10+ years of relevant experience can be considered.
