The ideal candidate in this position, conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.

Shift work required. The following shifts are available:

7 pm-7am, Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Must hold a TS/SCI Clearance with appropriate poly
    Candidates shall have a an Associate's degree in computer technology or two (2) years of full time work in a computer field that can be substituted for the AA degree. Candidates will be the technical expert on their respective shift for the system the TTO covers. They will be responsible for assuring the appropriate number of personnel are available for duty each day and finding adequate coverage if personnel are unable to cover their respective shift. The Senior Engineering Technician will also be the point of contact for their respective shift with respect to call escalation be it contractor or government personnel as needed. The Senior Engineering Technician is also responsible for providing pass down reports detailing what was done on their respective shift each day in a format acceptable to the government. In addition to these duties, the Senior Engineering Technician is also responsible for all duties applicable to the Engineering technician job category. Must have leadership skills and be able to work within a team setting.
  • Candidates must have experience with an understanding of the concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve highly complex problems in the maintenance and hardware/software network infrastructure.
  • Experience performing system set-up, experiments and diagnostics to evaluate printed circuit board exchanges, and troubleshoot and make component repairs based on test results.
  • Knowledge and experience of LINUX Operations Systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in electronics component repair.
  • Ability to communicate and work well in an effective team environment.
  • SEC+ Certification
  • Ability to lift ~50 lbs.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
