Meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Clerk with a solid ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong communication skills for vendor relations. You are experienced in Accounts Payable systems like SAP and Concur (preferred but not required). Familiar with setting up and maintaining vendor information, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
What you'll do:
Sort, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and post outgoing mail efficiently. Match invoices with packing slips, scan and file records, and ensure proper invoice processing. Set up and maintain new vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and provide backup support for tasks like deposit handling and hog payment processing.
