The Senior Media Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing media strategies to enhance Perdue Foods' brand presence and market share. This role involves managing media planning, buying, and performance analysis across various channels, including traditional and digital media.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement media strategies aligned with Perdue Foods' brand objectives.Manage media buying and planning processes, ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaigns.Oversee media performance analytics to provide insights and optimize media spend.Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors, agencies, and partners.Drive alignment with the marketing team & other stakeholders to create cohesive and innovative media campaigns.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in media and digital technology.Prepare and present reports on media performance to senior management.Minimum Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field, and 7+years of professional experience in marketing or related fields; Minimum 5 years in media strategy, planning, buying, or a related role.The ideal candidate will also have:Strong knowledge of both traditional, social and digital media channels.Proven track record of successful media campaigns and budget management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in media planning and buying software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Experience PreferredExperience in the food industry.Knowledge of programmatic buying and ad serving platforms.Familiarity with social media management and content creation.Understanding of brand strategy alignment to audience & touchpoint planningEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
