Role Overview:

As the Plumbing Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success at the branch level. This role is a blend of leadership, operations, and business growth and we need someone with experience in residential plumbing, team management, and revenue generation. You'll lead a high-performing team of service and installation technicians, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure customer satisfaction is always top of mind.

What Youll Do:
  • Lead with Passion: Create a culture of accountability and excellence. Inspire your team to consistently deliver top-notch service.
  • Develop and Retain Top Talent: Train, mentor, and coach technicians to grow their skills, achieve career goals, and thrive within your branch.
  • Drive Sales & Profits: Take charge of driving revenue and profitability by setting and achieving key business goals, managing KPIs, and executing on growth strategies.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including technician schedules, job site visits, inventory management, and payroll.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines. Address customer concerns and deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead by Example: Uphold our white collar image in the blue collar industry by modeling professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Experience: Proven track record in the residential plumbing industry, with experience managing technicians, training teams, and growing branch revenue.
