Role Overview:

As the Plumbing Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success at the branch level. This role is a blend of leadership, operations, and business growth — and we need someone with experience in residential plumbing, team management, and revenue generation. You'll lead a high-performing team of service and installation technicians, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure customer satisfaction is always top of mind.

  • Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including technician schedules, job site visits, inventory management, and payroll.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines. Address customer concerns and deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead by Example: Uphold our “white collar” image in the “blue collar” industry by modeling professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
