Plan the daily orders. Communicate daily work load to each shift lead for tailgate meetings. Direct and prioritize all work to the Warehouse workers and ASRS. Communicate arrival and departure of carriers to the warehouse workers. Monitor the operation of the ASRS and communicate faults with the warehouse workers. Adjust inventory for leaking and damaged products. Research and clear errors in the LogPro work queue. Arrive, depart, and schedule carriers in TMS. Print, distribute, and file all daily shipping documents. Monitor and address issues with the aging report. Communicate with and direct all incoming and outgoing drivers. Take and address all incoming departmental phone calls. Personally apply a seal to all outbound trailers. Personally inspect and verify seal number on all incoming loads. Communicate inventory/release needs to the lab and manage back orders and rolling releases. Create license plates for incoming repack and FV orders. Manage, document and issue temperature recorders to appropriate customers.
Education and ExperiencePhysical Requirements*High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Additional education preferred.
*2-4 years in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.*Intermediate computer knowledge including MS Office.AS400 and TMS experience preferred.*Organization and administrative knowledge required.*Communication skills are a must.*Extremely detail oriented.*Self-Motivated*Sitting – possibly for long periods of time (8-10 hrs.)*Walking
