With the direction of your Regional Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for a large sales territory, overseeing the origination activities for ADM's Grain and Oilseeds business within the Western IL/Missouri Region.
You might be the right candidate if you have experience with leading a sales team, and background in the agricultural industry around production agriculture and its interconnected markets. Your skill set should encompass collaborating seamlessly with both direct and indirect stakeholders, building and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve desired results, and playing a pivotal role in serving producers while they navigate the intricacies of regen ag programs and marketing decisions.We're looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a fresh start-up mentality, and desire to make a meaningful impact in the ag industry.
