Job Description Merchandiser I - Frankfort, INADM ProcessingThis is a full time, exempt positionPosition Summary:This is an intermediate merchandising position which is part of the commercial processing team in Frankfort, IN. This role's primary focus will be for Frankfort's crush merchandising activities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers as well as colleagues from other ADM Processing Plants, the handling of logistics, accounting, execution and other customer related issues. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Ability to excel within high-risk fast-paced work environment.Assess risk and exercise sound judgment in making decisions.Negotiation and social skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal & external customers.Computer proficient, with demonstrated ability in the use of spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.
