Job Description Customer Service & Logistics ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for the order process management for all customers in our US market for both Human and Animal product portfolios. They will also work closely with our 3PL company to support the delivery of goods to our customers including stock management.Main Responsibilities: Complete ownership of relations with 3PL partner with communication on orders exchanged on a daily basis to reflect accurate reporting on both IT systems e.g. batch numbers, invoicing etc)Accurate processing of US sales orders (mostly Amazon) using the in-house computer system (IFS) and collaborating with external IT systems under 3PL management.Managing stock levels and supporting S&OP team.Acknowledging and ensuring the customer is kept up to date on the status of their order.Planning and coordinating deliveries to customers with 3PL partner via freight forwarders/logistics companies.Creating and completing accurate shipping and commercial documentation including packing lists and commercial invoices.Liaising with internal colleagues such as the Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams to gather required information.Answering telephone calls from customers/consumers and directing to the correct department to ensure high level of customer care.Skills & Abilities:Strong administration and IT skills are essential and order processing for Amazon - IFS & EDI are preferred but not essential.Excellent communication skills and experience of building relationships with customers and third parties.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish to communicate with customers and colleagues internationally.Attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential.Education & Experience:Knowledge working with IT systems and order processing.Experience working with Amazon order processing is essentialFluent in English (Spanish preferable).High level of customer serviceExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
