In addition to developing products, this role must bring meat expertise to support the product development team with meat ingredient selection, purchasing, and reformulation.Lead development of new and existing formulas across our frozen food products, while delivering on quality, cost, and commercialization expectations with minimal supervisionServe as the meat expert for the R&D team, providing meat science knowledge to other technologists/scientists during product development processStrong knowledge of scientific process and application of experimental design in product developmentPartner with meat Purchasing team and external suppliers to reformulate existing ingredientsAgility in delivering exceptional product quality on aggressive timelines.
