The individual will work closely with clients, trust officers, portfolio managers, vendors, and Edward Jones branch teams. In addition, the trust specialist will support the goals of the firm by providing excellent service to our clients and branches while maintaining fiduciary and regulatory standards. This position is critical to enhancing the client experience for trust clients. What You will Do:As a Senior Trust Specialist, you will: Deliver excellent client service to Financial Advisors, clients, and internal associates. Own the completion of work related to the administration of accounts so the Trust Company fulfills its fiduciary duties and protects its reputation, while mitigating risk. Support Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers and other the Trust Company and firm associates in the administration of accounts. Develop and maintain knowledge required for administering accounts managed by the Trust Company. Contribute to departmental objectives, projects and initiatives in order to better serve branch teams and clients. Partner and collaborate with various areas of the Trust Company to execute client service model This is a hybrid or on-site role. Candidates are required to be on-site in either the St. Louis or Tempe, AZ offices 3 or more times per week. Minimum 1 year of trust, estate administration, or financial services experience required. 2+ years client service experience Skilled in written and verbal communication and demonstrates a high level of interpersonal skills. Skilled in organization and time management with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once. Basic analytical skills to research issues and apply appropriate solutions. Successful working in a fast paced, cross-functional team-based environment.
