We are looking for a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technician like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Nuclear Medicine Technologist, demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served in the department. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply todayDemonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and provides care needed as described in the departmental policies and proceduresProvides appropriate health care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patientsUses radio nuclides and Nuclear Medicine techniques & procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment, and to produce images requested by, and for the interpretation of, licensed medical practitionersExercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethicsRecognizes conditions essential for the successful completion of proceduresWhat qualifications you will need:High school diploma or equivalentBachelor of Science degree preferredRegistered or registry eligible for no more than twelve months in one of the following: A.R.R.T.(N), N.M.T.C.B., or A.S.C.PCurrent CPR (BLS)One-year experience preferredHCA Healthcare has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
