Depending on facility size, additional duties may include but are not limited to: perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe and efficient environment; maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties; perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance. May require on-call duties as needed or as directed by the department. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Trade school or vocational school preferred. Minimum of two years experience in building systems preferred. Depending on location, a valid driver's license and a good driving record may be required.
