Our Hospitality and Valet Team is the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit, which positions them to make a huge impact daily This team understands that people come first,as they strive to be the embodiment of customer service while interacting with patients, guests, and hospital staff: Welcoming people and going above and beyond while assisting with additional services such as unloading/loading of vehicles, assisting with mobility challenges, and even offering wheelchair / escort services as needed; is just a small part of what this team does to elevate the patient experience

Shift Details
  • Part-Time employee will work a minimum of 15-hours per week.
  • Operating hours are from Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 5:30pm (shifts and days will vary)
Job Responsibilities

  • Will support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthens the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
  • Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
  • Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
  • Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.
  • Ability to move with urgency and speed.
  • Safely and physically able to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus
  • This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
  • Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
