This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that isfocused on positively impacting the lives of families and educators across the country.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Program manager to support field leadership as they managemultiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. Through your support of an AreaManager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitabilityof that leader’s programs.Job ResponsibilitiesIn support of, coordination with, and at the direction of the Area Manager, you may support inmultiple facets of the business including, but not limited to, the following:● Provide coaching, guidance, and in the moment feedback to Right At School programteam members.● Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School,licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations.● Support the Area Manager’s established plans and procedures to ensure the safety andsecurity of children during the Right At School program.● When applicable, develop strong relationships with school administration, parents,and/or PTA organizations to ensure successful delivery of all Right At School programsand ensure customer satisfaction with the program.● Coordinate educational electives programs for assigned area as applicable.● Review and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeepingrecords, and file maintenance; taking prescribed actions based on the data found.Job Description● Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site and staffperformance.● Maintain accurate records.● Administer light first aid when necessary.● Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements● Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child carecenter/education setting.● Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.● Extremely organized and detail oriented.● Ability to:○ Make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight.○ Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize scheduledemands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues.○ Multitask and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting workpriorities and schedules.○ Travel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs, spending up to100% of the workday performing program duties in ratio.○ Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday.○ Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday.○ Stand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of timethroughout the workday.○ Talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of the workday.Requirements● High School diploma/GED required.
