The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.What you will do in this role:Help create a superior clinical identity by operationalizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Ensures adherence to standards of care.Work cohesively to develop standards and procedures for providing and improving quality patient care.Make recommendations and changes to policies using evidence-based research.Promote strong working relations with other departments in the facility.Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Utilize therapeutic communication in daily practice. Participate in performance improvement activities to assure continuous quality improvement.
