Do you want to work as a Telemetry RN Manager where your passion for creating positive patient interactions is valued? The Med/Surg & Ortho RN Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Help create a superior clinical identity by operationalizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Ensures adherence to standards of care.
Work cohesively to develop standards and procedures for providing and improving quality patient care.
Make recommendations and changes to policies using evidence-based research.
Promote strong working relations with other departments in the facility.
Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. 
Participate in performance improvement activities to assure continuous quality improvement. Promote good public relations for the department and TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital while maintaining patient/customer confidentiality and satisfaction.
Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
~5 years of acute care nursing care experience preferred
