Job Description POSITION SUMMARYResponsibilities: Able to resolve and repair any equipment in the plant. Must perform general mechanical and electrical functions. Troubleshooting and resolve complicated equipment. Responsible for working on Programmable logical controls. Responsible for calibrating manufacturing equipment to standards MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES(i.e. Policies, procedures, etc. for which you are responsible) Troubleshoot and solves all PLC/HMI/Motion problems. This includes replacing parts and programming. Verify machine functions as before. AB, B&R, Beckoff, Aveva, ABB, Etc.Troubleshoot and solves VFD/Motion Drives Attentively listen to radio calls and assist general maintenance to troubleshoot anything electrical/PLC related during production Ability to use precision instruments and hand toolsAvailability after hours for assistance to remote in if possible or come in to solve issues.Ability to follow applicable safety and environment requirementsFamiliar with all things networking both in OT and IT. Domain, TCP/IP, Ethernet I/P, Layer 3 Switches, etc.Stay up to date on product lifecycles to ensure less downtime.Understand lock-out/tag out proceduresAbility to adjust equipment as needed to reach targeted production demands.Perform other duties as assignedMust have excellent organizational skillsRead & interpret electrical schematicsDemonstrate leadership, self-motivation, non-directed work, asset in training level EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLSBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or work experience in PLC/HMI programming highly preferredPrevious experience in Industrial ElectricalProficient in trouble shootingMeasurement tools and instrumentsInterpreting schematics and pneumaticsProficient in verbal/written communicationEqual Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.****Group leader master and demonstrate all levels to be able to work on all specific equipment in their areas of responsible or ability to train and trouble shoot pieces of equipment in the plant.
