Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintenance of the equipment by debugging, operation, timing accounting, and acceptance of the plant in the early stage of the project until the equipment can run stably and continuously.
  • Establish equipment management procedures, strengthen equipment maintenance, repair, spare parts, and other management. Utilize equipment upgrading by sourcing for parts to enhance equipment efficiency.
  • Formulate and implement departmental KPIs, supervising the implementation and achievement of each indicator as planned.
  • Optimize related costs and improve management level by increasing equipment automation rates.
  • Responsible for the daily management of the department, including personnel training, management, and assessment.
  • Update plant drawings as needed.
  • Assist in other temporary tasks arranged by leaders.


Qualifications:

  • College degree or above, preferably in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related majors or work relevance of minimum of 2 years of equipment-related work experience in large manufacturing companies
  • Familiarity with equipment principles and key control points of automotive interior-related processes. Experience in automation equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in electrical/mechanical equipment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software is preferred.
