Ensure operations meet or exceed Company metrics. Partner with Human Resources to find and retain talent Ensure all company policies are followed and implements proper solutions when needed Maintain or develop reports to understand the state of operations, or where to make improvements Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for location. Good communications abilities Able to use all related maintenance equipment and computer applicationsHere are some of the physical aspects of the job demands environment: Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. During part of the workday candidate will be moving about the Distribution Center warehouse floor and potential hazards exist in regard to machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, movement of tractors and trailers, etc Temperatures in the warehouse may vary between
20 to 70 degrees Noise levels in all areas are within acceptable tolerance ranges for those specific work areas Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties Position responsibilities requires some travel (up to 5%) during the work week and occasional weekend travel Incumbent will use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of the workdayYou must always wear required PPE.
