Join our passionate team and be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and authentic food traditions.SummaryWe re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Project Manager to drive product strategy and manage new product development (NPD) for Maria and Ricardo s. You will be responsible for managing key cross-functional innovation and product efforts across Maria and Ricardo s portfolio. The position will report to the CEO and work in close partnership with cross-functional colleagues in Integrated Marketing as well as Sales, R&D, Purchasing and other departments. This position will also work with a network of advisors, agencies, and freelancers supporting Harbar.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Portfolio Management: Lead product management for the existing portfolio of M&R products, recommending and leading product-initiatives in support of business and financial goals.Product - Channel Development Support-Develop and execute channel-informed product strategies, prioritizing trends to support product development and enhancements.Product Development & Innovation:Lead management of the MR product Innovation, setting objectives and guiding tortilla and designated non-tortilla ideation to market launch through the establishment and management of a structured stage-gate process.Project Management & Execution:Coordinate (and Lead) local (HQ and designated New England based) execution for Brand activation and Content DevelopmentQualifications:Bachelor s degree required; graduate degree desirable.3-5 years in product management within CPG or food industry settings.Experience in management of product development / innovation, cross-functional teams, project management, packaging development and transitions, syndicated data analysis, B2B and B2C marketing strategy and execution.Familiarity with the Mexican foods category and passion for the food industry.Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus.High proficiency in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Google Suite.What we're looking for:Acreative leaderwith an appetite for bringing new ideas to life in different ways and driving business results.
