Our family dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Well-established private practice known and trusted for patient-centered care and excellence in restorative dentistry.  Top-notch team culture and support.  One doctor, two assistants, and two hygienists working daily.  We encourage patients to achieve and maintain excellent oral health, with no pressure "sales" or commission-based bonuses.



Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an energetic, caring individual with excellent communication skills.  Necessary skills include hospitality, good time management, organization, and reliability.  General computer skills and QWERTY typing are required.  Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is recommended. 



Responsibilities

  • Ensuring each patient has an exceptional experience
  • Managing patient appointments from reminder calls to final check out
  • Scheduling appointments for recalls and treatment needs
  • Updating and managing patient's digital charts
  • Coordination of treatment with specialists on behalf of the patient
  • Presentation of recommended treatment and treatment estimates
  • Collection of same day payments
