As a subject matter expert, you will assist our Team Member’s with navigating The Company’s Insurance Benefits and Wellness Programs. As a Benefits liaison you will assist employees with benefits enrollment questions and ensure compliance with required benefit notices and laws. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and facilitating health, wellness, and perks programs for employees. You will also help increase employee satisfaction and reduce claim costs by providing accurate benefits information and educating Team Members on effective use. Responsibilities: Communicate with all employees regarding eligibility, answering benefits-related questions, and researching resolution of claims while ensuring that confidentiality, federal, and state regulations are met.Manage and develop employee perks program. Assist in audits and maintenance of benefits information within the benefits admin systems.Assist in managing annual open enrollment for benefit programs.
