Job Description:
- Work as a member of the Advanced Tasking Team. This can include but is not limited to:
- Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits)
- Procedure Orders (Ex: MRI/CTs, Radiology, DME, Mammogram, etc.)
- Prescription Authorization (Ex: High Cost Specialty Medications)
- Provider Support Room (Ex: Clinically Urgent Tasks for IOPs/VMT Providers.
- Assisting a patient through the authorization, scheduling and coordination of complex female health procedures. (Ex. Colposcopy)
- Processing Referrals and Authorizations
- Maintaining service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations.
- Meeting or exceeding performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+Tasks/week).
- This is an administrative and customer service role where you will speak with patients, insurance providers, and internal parties.
Tier III Customer Service Rep Main Details:
Start Date: 12/16
Pay: $23.25
Schedule: Monday - Sunday 6:00am - 7:00pm (8-Hour Shift)
Location: Tempe, AZ. Near Rio Salado & N Priest
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders in the last 5 years
- Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metrics accountability & ownership
- A positive, collaborative attitude with strong team engagement and an action-oriented mindset.
- Working in a national healthcare organization that understands the complexities of different regions.
- Experience with working with different EMRs

The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $23.25
