Job Description:

  • Work as a member of the Advanced Tasking Team. This can include but is not limited to:
  • Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits)
  • Procedure Orders (Ex: MRI/CTs, Radiology, DME, Mammogram, etc.)
  • Prescription Authorization (Ex: High Cost Specialty Medications)
  • Provider Support Room (Ex: Clinically Urgent Tasks for IOPs/VMT Providers.
  • Assisting a patient through the authorization, scheduling and coordination of complex female health procedures. (Ex. Colposcopy)
  • Processing Referrals and Authorizations
  • Maintaining service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+Tasks/week).
  • This is an administrative and customer service role where you will speak with patients, insurance providers, and internal parties.

Tier III Customer Service Rep Main Details:

Start Date: 12/16

Pay: $23.25

Schedule: Monday - Sunday 6:00am - 7:00pm (8-Hour Shift)

Location: Tempe, AZ. Near Rio Salado & N Priest

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders in the last 5 years
  • Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metrics accountability & ownership
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with strong team engagement and an action-oriented mindset.
  • Working in a national healthcare organization that understands the complexities of different regions.
  • Experience with working with different EMRs

The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $23.25
