* Work as a member of the Advanced Tasking Team. This can include but is not limited to:
* Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits)
* Procedure Orders (Ex: MRI/CTs, Radiology, DME, Mammogram, etc.)
* Prescription Authorization (Ex: High Cost Specialty Medications)
* Provider Support Room (Ex: Clinically Urgent Tasks for IOPs/VMT Providers.
* Assisting a patient through the authorization, scheduling and coordination of complex female health procedures. (Ex. Colposcopy)
* Processing Referrals and Authorizations
* Maintaining service level agreements in complex insurance authorizations.
* Meeting or exceeding performance requirements for 6 months minimum (200+Tasks/week).
* This is an administrative and customer service role where you will speak with patients, insurance providers, and internal parties.Tier III Customer Service Rep -Main Details:Start Date: -12/16Pay: -$23.25Schedule: -Monday - Sunday 6:00am - 7:00pm (8-Hour Shift)Location: -Tempe, AZ. Near Rio Salado & N PriestQualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience completing referrals and navigating complex insurance portals and highly complex orders in the last 5 years
* Experience working in a highly productive department with strong metrics accountability & ownership
* A positive, collaborative attitude with strong team engagement and an action-oriented mindset.
* Working in a national healthcare organization that understands the complexities of different regions.
