Your fresh ideas could make a big difference in the global food supply chain Responsibilities:Will provide support to the Research & Development team.Learn how to bring new products to market by helping R&D and culinary product developers with sample development, product tastings, and sensory panel execution. Applying course-work knowledge to help solve real industry challenges such as yield improvement, ingredient cost reduction, ingredient consolidation and shadow management with product development and improvement. Learning/working alongside R&D, culinary, marketing, QA, and sales, learning about new and varied career opportunities. Share ideas that help our team think outside the box while owning your experience and working hard.Assist with an improvement or optimization related project which might include testing new processes and new ingredients delivering results that impact our bottom-line.Work alongside a Pilgrim's team member to monitor changes to USDA labeling regulations. Learn how those changes impact our products and claims. Review product packaging, artwork, labels, and documentation for adherence to federal regulations and company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
