2:30pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands)Position Overview:The Customization team works with various members, as needed, from other areas of Johnsonville to customize product (code dating, sleeving, banding, etc.) for several domestic and International customers.Responsibilities: Customize store orders
Code date individual packages with dates.
Organize customization schedule and facilitate work and coordination of production schedule duties for daily activities. Work on SAP
Utilize SAP reports for customer orders.
Communicate with internal customers
Schedule orders in line with production.
Work with a team to obtain World Class results in safety, Member development, OPE and other efficiencies Work with state-of-the-art technology Be a part in making Johnsonville the Best Company in the World through active participation in our daily TAILGATE meetings and project teams Enhance your skill level and your career Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a Team Member to achieve "superlative" performance in order to support The Johnsonville WayExperience: Manufacturing experience in a team environment preferred.Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills SAP, Excel and Microsoft word computer skills required Strong math skills Ability to problem solve and resolve issues in a timely manner Good organizational skills Previous experience utilizing a forklift or pallet jack is required.
Ability to learn and work on the customization production line to consistently maintain/improve efficiencies. Ability to learn how to operate labelaire, case taper, case labeler, and banding machine
Experienced forklift operation and ability to obtain forklift certification Consistently meet customers
needs and expectations Take ownership of own and other Members
