Job Title: Physical Therapist - Sign-on Bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri evening shift & Tues/Thurs morning shift. Flexibility with schedule, open to discussing schedule during interview.)
Job Location: 118-35 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY (Queens; outpatient clinic)
Salary Range: $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:Physical Therapist responsibilities include
- Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
- Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
- Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
- Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
- Medical Specialties at the clinic include ortho.
- Orthopedic and balance population 14+ outpatient caseload.
- NYS Physical Therapist License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- MUST be familiar with treating orthopedic conditions, post op protocols and balance screening.
