Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you'll be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans, and delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment. You'll utilize your clinical knowledge to implement and adjust treatment plans for improved patient outcomes and maintain detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, a valid license to practice in the state, and completion of state-regulated CEU requirements. You should have excellent communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and experience working with EMR software.
What You'll Do:
Collects and records patient care data, prepares for evaluations, selects and administers tests, and synthesizes evaluation results to formulate diagnoses and plans of care. Establishes treatment plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and provides education and training to patients and their support systems.
