Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in cardiovascular services.Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff. Assign, monitor and review progress of work.Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performanceRequirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.One or more of the following required:Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Education:High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.Additional Preferences No additional preferences.Why Join Our Team Ascension Sacred Heart is a leading provider of high-quality healthcare to children and adults in South Alabama and Northwest Florida communities and operates Northwest Florida's only children's hospital.
