We are looking for a dedicated Cardiovascular Technician PRN like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsUnder general supervision, makes preparation, operates equipment and assists physicians in performing cardiac catheterizations and other special procedures; performs hemodynamic monitoring and other duties as assigned. What qualifications you will need:Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateAssociate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology requiredRegistered Cardiovascular Invasive SpecialistPrevious Cath Lab experience preferredKnowledge of the cardiovascular system and EKG arrhythmiasAble to recognize abnormalities, correlate information obtained and convey the findings to physiciansProficient computer skills in basic software systems (ie Word, Excel, EHR)HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is a 103-bed acute care hospital.
