Electrical and Instrumentation Planner
Pulp and Paper MillSalary $70,000 - $100,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Promotional OpportunitiesMajor manufacturer in the Paper Industry is looking for a E/I Planner for one of their mills. As Planner, you will perform daily planning activities to support the electrical and instrument technician schedules & maintain preventative maintenance program. Process and manage work order requests. Assign labor hours and cost of parts used to specific asset. Generate reports as required.As the E&I Planner, your areas of focus will be:Responsible for work preparation: scope, parts, skills, durationPlan work orders based on the priorities provided by the managementWork closely with all departments for maximum efficiencyManage kitting of planned partsEnsure accurate data history for analysis and generating performance indicatorsSupport the strategies of maintenance planning, scheduling and executionEnsure work orders are planned, documented, and printed; schedules issued based on crew resource availability for every workdayValidate completed work ordersDevelop improved work methods and procedures to continuously shorten production downtime and to increase overall productivity of the workforce.Minimum Requirements for this Maintenance Planner s position:Associate degree plus 5 years
experience in a manufacturing maintenance electrical environment or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceSpecial consideration for those with previous planning experience.
