This position will allow you to utilize your leadership, customer service and multi-tasking skills to the fullest. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operation of the property.
  • Manage and lead a team within the thriving Central PA Region.
  • Rent collection and landlord filings.
  • Processing applications.
  • Customer service.
  • Data Entry.
  • Accounts payable/receivable.
  • Vendor contract management.
  • Budget preparation.


  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
  • PA Real Estate License is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.


Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
