T-Mobile's National Security Compliance Office is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, proactive, consensus-building compliance professional who will coordinate the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional enterprise national security compliance to meet business-critical commitments to the US Government. Works proactively, with limited direction, in an ambiguous environment, to build consensus among stakeholders on complex compliance issues spanning organizations.

This role will serve as a main point of contact for interactions with auditors and internal national security governance committees for defined matters. An ideal candidate would quickly become the subject matter expert (SME) on T-Mobile's national security obligations while facilitating and leading day-to-day national security audit commitments. Drives readiness for internal and external audits related to national security and supports investigation of potential security incidents.

What you'll do in your role.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on T-Mobile's national security compliance commitments.
  • Reinforce national security audit readiness and facilitate audits to satisfactory completion.
  • Point of contact (POC) for external and internal audit-focused stakeholders.
  • Ensure the delivery of process controls (technical or otherwise) and documentation to meet complex national security commitments, facilitating audit-critical initiatives in a compliant manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of required compliance training.
  • Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by management, as needed.


The Experience You'll Bring.
  • 7-10 Years Experience in one or more related fields: Telecommunications, Audit, Compliance, Government and Security
  • Exceptional ability to facilitate auditors/stakeholders while leading audits to successful completion
  • Experience with process, procedure and policy design, documentation, and implementation
  • Experience with data governance, data protection and compliance related activities
  • Highly organized and independent, with strong project management and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience presenting to executive levels
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and the ability to quickly become proficient in new tools


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Working knowledge of T-Mobile-for-Business

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

T-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization. This role requires U.S. citizenship. Individuals hired into this role will be required to submit documentation proving U.S. citizenship within the first 7 days of hire - failure to do so will result in termination.

Base Pay Range: $98,900 - $178,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
