ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
A DAY IN THE LIFE 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
- Operates an electric Powered Industrial Truck (i.e. Order Picker, Reach Truck, Rider Jack, Sit Down Fork Lift) to pick-up, deliver or move merchandise and materials around a warehouse/distribution center location
- Operates machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. Performs the following: Picks, pulls, and stacks various amounts boxes of merchandise (up to 50 pounds) onto pallets attached to a lifting device throughout the production schedule
- Completes daily equipment inspection
- Will be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with Forklift Driving tasks and general department tasks
- Employees may be assigned a new department depending on business needs
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership which will include performing non-driving functions within the warehouse
- Clearly understands expectations and legal requirements of all safety policies within the DC and maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality
- Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies.
- Keeps the warehouse clean and always organized
QUALIFICATIONS
- Order Picker (Cherry Picker) experience of at least 6 months or more. Reach Truck/Forklift experience a plus.
- Ability to acquire and maintain Forklift Certification
- Must be comfortable working at heights, wearing fall protection equipment, and other personal protective equipment (protective footwear, high visibility vest).
- Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
- Excellent counting skills and detail focused
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits PackageTypical Hiring Range: $21.35 - $23.73/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
Target Bonus: 5%
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.42 - $24.92/hour
Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.00, depending on location

UN DÃA EN LA VIDA
- Opera una carretilla industrial eléctrica (es decir, recogepedidos, carretilla retrÃctil, gato de conductor sentado, montacargas de conductor sentado) para recoger, entregar o mover mercancÃas y materiales en una ubicación de bodega o centro de distribución (distribution center, DC).
- Opera maquinaria para empujar, retirar, levantar, apilar, escalonar o mover productos, equipos o materiales. Realiza lo siguiente: Recoge, retira y apila varias cantidades de cajas de mercancÃas (hasta 22.68 kilos [50 libras]) en palés conectados a un dispositivo de elevación durante todo el cronograma de producción.
- Completa la inspección diaria del equipo.
- Se le asignarà a un departamento principal; sin embargo, es posible que se le requiera para brindar apoyo a todas las Ãreas del centro de distribución, incluidos, entre otros, servicios de valor agregado, recepción, devoluciones, daños, recolección, empaque, transferencias, envÃo y movimiento general de inventario, según lo requieran las necesidades comerciales con las tareas de conducción de un montacargas y las tareas generales del departamento.

- Mantiene la bodega limpia y siempre organizada.
APTITUDES
- Experiencia de recogepedidos (grúa con canasto) de al menos 6 meses o mÃs. Se valora la experiencia con carretilla retrÃctil o montacargas.
- Capacidad de adquirir y mantener la certificación de uso de montacargas.
- Debe sentirse cómodo al trabajar en altura, usar equipo de protección contra caÃdas y otros equipos de protección personal (calzado de protección, chaleco de alta visibilidad).
- Capacidad de adaptación a tecnologÃas de terceros (escÃneres de RF, sistemas de picking por voz y nuevos sistemas).
- Excelentes habilidades de conteo y atención a los detalles.
- Capacidad de cumplir con los requisitos de asistencia.
- Capacidad de levantar hasta 22.68 kilos (50 libras) con frecuencia.
- Capacidad de mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
- Flexible y adaptable, con un horario que podrÃa incluir noches, requisito de trabajo en dÃas festivos, fines de semana con requisitos ocasionales de horas fuera de turno y horas extra.

Paquete de compensación y beneficios
Tarifa de contratación: $21.35 - $23.73/hora, sujeto al salario mÃnimo de la localidad
Bonificación por objetivos: 5%
Tarifa total de contratación por objetivos: $22.42 - $24.92/hora
Primas adicionales por turno: $1.00 - $1.00, dependiendo de la ubicación
