Advanced Compact EW Solutions is looking for experienced Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test Lead to manage a medium sized team supporting technical development and fielding on a program within our defense portfolio. As a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test Lead you will be responsible for the execution of systems activities for the program. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams
  • Experience leading a systems engineering program team
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
  • Proven design, analysis and communication skills
  • Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and 6 to 12+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Understanding of programmatic schedule and cost
  • Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions
  • Experience with Integration and test at the system level
  • Experience with creating and tracking technical performance measurements
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems
  • Familiarity with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
