Commercial HVACR Technician
Location: Toledo, OH
Pay Rate: $32-36/hr. (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities


Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVACR, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy, especially with rack refrigeration.
Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.


Requirements


Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
EPA Universal Certification
Valid Driver's License.


SKILLED (at least 2): Refrigeration, Coolers, Freezers, Chillers, Walk-In, Walking coolers, Rack Refrigeration, Ice Machines, HVAC, Rooftop units.
