Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: Full Time (40 hours a week) - Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availability
Compensation Package:
- Rent for the unit: $1,500 /monthly
- $20/hr
- Unit Offered: Sonoma Parks Apartment - 7359 Boris Ct, Rohnert Park, CA
- Unit Description: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom.
- Move in date: ASAP
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Rental Activities
- Keep vacant units clean
- Answer phones
- Issue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices received
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
- Document and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed. Monitoring such work as it is being performed
- Order locks to be changed/change codes after move-outs (in-between tenants)
- Administration
- Maintain/secure keys & remotes
- Prepare and orchestrate various inspections
- Annual safety inspections of each unit with Property Manager
- Work with various municipal (fire, water, insurance) inspections
- Enforcement of apartment rules
- Maintain registry of tenants, vehicles, assigned keys & gate remotes
- Maintain & file monthly expenses reports and receipts
- Create supply and equipment manifest
- Order and/or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complex
- Maintenance
- Straighten up and remove trash from common areas
- Call vendors for plumbing, electrical, gas issues and report to PM within 24 hours of such occurrences
- Keep entry and common areas free of debris and clutter
- Return garbage, recycling, and compost containers to respective locations after pickup days and keep area clean and organized
- Replace broken and burnt lightbulbs in all common areas
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
What you will need to be successful:
- Onsite Manager will be required to attend any training by PURE, including but not limited to Fair Housing courses
- Selected applicants will need to qualify for $1,500.00/mo rent and undergo regular tenant screening
- 1-2 years prior property management or leasing experience
- Strong Administrative, communication and organization skills required
