Proactively defines and recommends required policies and procedures.Facilitates the development and maintenance of application or technology-based systems, which are designed to support hospital real time operations and/or provide information in a timely and efficient manner. Assigns, coordinates and reviews the work of staff. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Math, Science, Healthcare or other related field, Masters preferred.5-7 years of experience, with an emphasis on clinical or Healthcare application development, process analysis, reporting, technology planning and implementation. Experience working in health care.2 + years staff management experience.Requires Strong Project management experience.
