School-Based Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
~$50 – $40 per hour
~Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
~ Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
~ Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
~ Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
~ Will provide occupational therapy services according to student IEP
~ May be asked to travel between school locations
